Shay McConnon, Director, People First International

Do you need to address low morale, disengagement, high staff turnover or poor performance? In the second half of our culture change session, Shay McConnon, creator of ‘An Even Better Place to Work’, will show you not only how to prevent such people problems, but give you practical ways to create happy, engaged, productive staff.

Shay’s programme is the culmination of more than 20 years working in organisations on leadership and culture issues. Learn how to embed a mindset of “what am I going to do?” rather than “what is management going to do?”, and hear about the difference this approach has made to the culture of the NHS, BAE Systems, TNT and others.
